Growth Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, the full-time remote position will focus on expanding awareness and access to behavioral health services through innovative B2C and B2B marketing strategies while managing a marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and lead generation
• Execute marketing initiatives aimed at engaging prospective clients and strengthening relationships with referral partners
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in both B2C and B2B strategies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital performance marketing, or a related role
• Experience in healthcare or SaaS, with a preference for behavioral health or telehealth marketing
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
