Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, this full-time remote position will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns to expand awareness and access to behavioral health services while overseeing the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI
• Execute B2C and B2B marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and strengthen referral partnerships
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in client engagement and lead generation

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Proven success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies, with leadership experience in a marketing team
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
• Experience in building referral networks and driving organizational growth initiatives
