Job Summary

To expand awareness and engagement in behavioral healthcare services, the full-time remote Growth Marketing Manager will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and lead a marketing team to drive both B2C and B2B marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI
• Create and execute marketing strategies to engage prospective clients and strengthen referral partnerships
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in campaigns and outreach efforts

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Proven experience in developing and executing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Leadership experience in managing marketing teams and initiatives
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO best practices
