Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, the full-time remote role will focus on expanding awareness and engagement for behavioral health services through B2C and B2B marketing initiatives while managing the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance and lead generation
• Execute marketing campaigns targeting prospective clients and referral partners to drive inquiries and admissions
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and support business development efforts through enhanced referral networks

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Demonstrated success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies with leadership experience
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
• Experience managing paid advertising campaigns and utilizing data to drive marketing decisions
