Job Summary
To drive product growth within a remote-first team, the full-time salaried Growth Marketing Manager will identify growth opportunities, manage customer acquisition strategies, and optimize the customer journey to improve key business metrics.
Key responsibilities
- Own the growth of products by identifying opportunities and building quarterly growth plans
- Develop and optimize acquisition strategies across various channels, including SEO, paid advertising, and content marketing
- Continuously improve the customer journey through funnel optimization and structured experimentation
Required qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, or Digital Marketing within SaaS or product-led businesses
- Strong understanding of growth funnels and customer journeys, with experience owning business metrics
- Proficiency in data analysis and decision-making using analytics tools
- Experience planning and executing marketing experiments across multiple acquisition channels
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
