Growth Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager for a full-time remote position (available to residents of NY, MA, or RI) to develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and drive client engagement for behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance and audience targeting
• Create and execute B2C and B2B marketing initiatives to increase inquiries, referrals, and admissions while strengthening referral partnerships
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, supporting overall organizational initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Demonstrated success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
• Proven ability to manage marketing teams and build referral networks
