Growth Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, the full-time remote position will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and strengthen referral partnerships within the behavioral health sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance and lead generation
• Create and execute B2C marketing initiatives to engage clients and increase inquiries and admissions for behavioral health services
• Strengthen B2B marketing efforts to build relationships with referral partners and expand organizational visibility in the healthcare community

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Proven track record in developing and executing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience managing marketing teams and building referral networks
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO best practices
