Growth Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, the full-time remote position will focus on expanding awareness and access to behavioral health services through B2C and B2B marketing initiatives, while managing a marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance and lead generation
• Execute marketing strategies to engage prospective clients and strengthen referral partnerships, driving inquiries and admissions
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in both B2C and B2B efforts

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Proven experience in developing and executing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and CRM systems
• Experience in managing marketing teams and building referral networks
