Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, this full-time remote position will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and support growth initiatives for behavioral health services while overseeing the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance and lead generation
• Execute B2C marketing campaigns to engage prospective clients and enhance awareness of virtual behavioral healthcare services
• Strengthen B2B relationships with referral partners through targeted marketing initiatives and materials

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing
• Experience in healthcare or SaaS marketing, preferably in behavioral health or telehealth
• Demonstrated success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Marketing team leadership experience with knowledge of digital analytics and marketing tools
