Job Summary
To support a growing nonprofit initiative, the full-time remote Growth & Product Marketing Manager will manage paid digital advertising campaigns, oversee content operations, and drive lead nurturing strategies to convert national awareness into localized B2B leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution and management of paid digital advertising campaigns across key channels, ensuring performance optimization and accountability with external partners
- Direct the content operations for the organization's blog and website, repurposing complex data into high-converting digital assets while optimizing for SEO
- Own the strategic deployment of email nurture campaigns and lead magnet initiatives to enhance audience engagement and database growth
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or product marketing within a B2B environment
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with multi-channel paid digital advertising campaigns, particularly on LinkedIn and Google platforms
- Proven success in architecting user journeys and implementing conversion-rate optimization strategies
- Experience managing editorial calendars and transforming long-form content into effective marketing copy
- High proficiency with project management tools and marketing automation platforms
