Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager for a full-time remote position, who will manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and drive client engagement for behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to optimize performance and lead generation
• Execute B2C and B2B marketing initiatives to increase inquiries, referrals, and admissions while strengthening referral partnerships
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and support SEO, content marketing, and website optimization efforts

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
• Proven ability to manage marketing teams and build referral networks
