Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, the full-time remote role will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and drive growth in client inquiries and referrals for behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Execute marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and strengthen relationships with referral partners
• Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to identify trends and optimize strategies for growth

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing
• Experience in healthcare/SaaS marketing, preferably in behavioral health or telehealth
• Demonstrated success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
