Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, this full-time remote position will focus on expanding awareness and access to behavioral health services through innovative marketing strategies, managing a marketing team, and leveraging both B2C and B2B marketing expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance and lead generation
• Create and execute marketing initiatives targeting prospective clients and referral partners to enhance brand awareness and trust
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, supporting growth initiatives and strategic partnerships

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Proven experience in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies and managing marketing teams
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
• Experience in building referral networks and generating qualified leads
