Job Summary

Experienced marketers will find a full-time remote Growth Marketing Manager opportunity focused on owning the strategy and execution of performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads to drive qualified pipeline and revenue.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the full campaign lifecycle across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, including setup, optimization, and reporting
• Develop performance marketing creative concepts based on customer insights and campaign data, creating clear briefs for execution
• Analyze campaign performance and iterate on strategies to improve lead generation and conversion rates

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation with measurable outcomes
• Hands-on experience managing campaigns in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
• Proven track record of owning the full campaign lifecycle from strategy to reporting
• Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing analytics and CRM tools
• Experience collaborating with Sales, SDRs, and creative teams to enhance marketing effectiveness
