Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager for a full-time remote position, the successful candidate will manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and strengthen referral partnerships to expand access to behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance and lead generation
• Execute B2C marketing initiatives to engage clients and families while driving inquiries and referrals
• Create B2B marketing strategies to strengthen relationships with referral partners and increase organizational visibility

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
• Proven ability to manage marketing teams and lead organizational growth initiatives
