Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager for a full-time remote position in NY, MA, or RI, this role will manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and expand client engagement in the behavioral health sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn
• Execute B2C and B2B marketing initiatives to drive growth in inquiries, referrals, and admissions for behavioral health services
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and optimize campaign performance for increased visibility and engagement

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Proven success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
• Demonstrated ability to manage marketing teams and lead referral network initiatives
