Job Summary

To expand awareness and engagement in behavioral healthcare services, the full-time remote Growth Marketing Manager will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, oversee marketing team members, and drive both B2C and B2B marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and client access.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI
• Create and execute marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and strengthen relationships with referral partners
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, supporting overall growth initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital performance marketing, or a related role
• Experience in healthcare or SaaS marketing, with a preference for behavioral health or telehealth
• Demonstrated success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
