Job Summary

To expand awareness and engagement in behavioral healthcare services, the full-time remote Growth Marketing Manager will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and lead a marketing team focused on both B2C and B2B strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI
• Create and execute marketing initiatives targeting prospective clients and referral partners to drive growth and increase brand awareness
• Collaborate with operational and clinical leaders to strengthen referral networks and support organizational growth initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Proven experience in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
• Experience in managing marketing teams and building referral networks
