Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to work remotely in NY, MA, or RI, this full-time position will manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and drive engagement for behavioral health services while leading a marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI
• Execute B2C marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and enhance brand trust in virtual behavioral healthcare services
• Strengthen B2B relationships with referral partners through targeted marketing efforts and collaborative growth initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Proven success in developing and executing both B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
• Demonstrated ability to manage marketing teams and drive organizational growth initiatives
