Growth Marketing Manager

Job Summary

To expand awareness and access to behavioral health services, the full-time remote Growth Marketing Manager will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, drive B2C and B2B marketing initiatives, and lead a marketing team to enhance brand visibility and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI
• Create and execute B2C marketing campaigns to engage prospective clients and enhance brand trust
• Strengthen B2B relationships with referral partners through targeted marketing initiatives and materials

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Proven success in developing and executing both B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience managing marketing teams and building referral networks
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics and CRM systems
