Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, this full-time remote position will focus on expanding awareness and access to behavioral health services through B2C and B2B marketing initiatives, while managing a marketing team to drive organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI
• Execute marketing strategies targeting prospective clients and referral partners to enhance brand awareness and drive growth
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and opportunities, supporting SEO and content marketing initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Demonstrated success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
