Job Summary

Strategically focused on expanding awareness and engagement, the full-time remote Growth Marketing Manager will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance B2C and B2B marketing initiatives, and lead the marketing team to drive growth in behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI
• Execute marketing strategies to engage prospective clients and strengthen relationships with referral partners
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and improve campaign effectiveness

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing
• Experience in healthcare/SaaS marketing, preferably in behavioral health or telehealth
• Proven success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to inform marketing decisions
