Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, this full-time remote position will manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and strengthen referral partnerships within the behavioral health sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI
• Execute B2C marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and increase inquiries, referrals, and admissions
• Strengthen B2B relationships with referral partners through targeted marketing materials and campaigns

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Experience in both B2C and B2B marketing strategies, with a focus on behavioral health
