Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager for a full-time remote position in NY, MA, or RI, responsible for expanding awareness and engagement for behavioral health services through B2C and B2B marketing strategies, while managing the marketing team and driving measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI
• Execute B2C marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and enhance brand awareness within the community
• Strengthen B2B relationships with referral partners through targeted marketing materials and campaigns

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Proven success in developing and executing both B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
