Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, the full-time remote position will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and strengthen referral partnerships in the behavioral health sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to optimize audience targeting and lead generation
• Execute marketing campaigns aimed at engaging prospective clients and enhancing brand trust in virtual behavioral healthcare services
• Strengthen relationships with referral partners through targeted marketing initiatives and business development efforts

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital performance marketing, or related roles
• Healthcare or SaaS experience, with a strong preference for behavioral health or telehealth marketing
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience managing marketing teams and building referral networks to support organizational growth
