Job Summary

Seeking a strategic, results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to work remotely in NY, MA, or RI, this full-time position is responsible for expanding awareness and engagement for behavioral health services through B2C and B2B marketing initiatives while managing a marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI
• Create and execute marketing strategies aimed at engaging prospective clients and strengthening referral partnerships
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in both B2C and B2B efforts

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a focus on healthcare or SaaS industries preferred
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
• Proven ability to manage marketing teams and build referral networks
