Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager for a full-time remote position in New York, who will manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and strengthen referral partnerships to expand access to behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance and lead generation
• Create and execute B2C and B2B marketing strategies to engage clients and strengthen referral networks
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and improve campaign effectiveness, supporting overall organizational growth

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Proven success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies and managing marketing teams
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to drive marketing decisions based on data
