Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, the full-time remote position will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and drive growth in client inquiries and referrals within the behavioral health sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance and lead generation
• Execute B2C marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and enhance access to behavioral health services
• Strengthen B2B relationships with referral partners through targeted marketing initiatives and collaborative campaigns

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital performance marketing, or a related role
• Experience in healthcare or SaaS marketing, preferably in behavioral health or telehealth
• Demonstrated success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Leadership experience in managing marketing teams and initiatives
