Growth Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, this full-time remote position will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and drive growth in client inquiries and referrals for behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance and lead generation
• Create and execute B2C marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and enhance brand trust in virtual behavioral healthcare services
• Strengthen B2B marketing efforts by building relationships with referral partners and increasing organizational visibility within the healthcare community

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital performance marketing, or a related role
• Healthcare or SaaS experience, with a preference for behavioral health or telehealth marketing
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing both B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience managing marketing teams and building referral networks
