Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager for a full-time remote position in NY, MA, or RI, who will manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and drive growth in both B2C and B2B marketing efforts within the behavioral health sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance and ROI
• Create and execute marketing initiatives that engage prospective clients and strengthen referral partnerships
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and improve strategies for client engagement and organizational growth

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Proven experience in developing and executing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
• Experience in building referral networks and managing marketing budgets
