Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, this full-time remote position will focus on expanding awareness and access to behavioral health services through B2C and B2B marketing strategies while managing the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance and ROI
• Execute marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and strengthen relationships with referral partners
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and improve strategies for client engagement and organizational growth

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or related roles, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Experience in both B2C and B2B marketing strategies, with a focus on behavioral health or telehealth
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
• Demonstrated success in building referral networks and generating qualified leads
