Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, this full-time remote position will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and drive client engagement for behavioral health services in NY, MA, or RI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance and ROI
• Execute B2C marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and enhance brand trust in virtual behavioral healthcare
• Strengthen B2B relationships with referral partners and create materials to support business development efforts

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Demonstrated success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
• Proven ability to manage marketing teams and lead referral network initiatives
