Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, this full-time remote position will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and drive growth in both B2C and B2B marketing efforts for behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms while optimizing performance metrics
• Create and execute marketing initiatives targeting prospective clients and referral partners to increase inquiries and admissions
• Collaborate with operational and clinical leaders to strengthen referral networks and support growth initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Proven success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
