Growth Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, this full-time remote position will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and drive growth for behavioral health services while overseeing a marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI
• Create and execute B2C and B2B marketing initiatives to enhance engagement and strengthen referral partnerships
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in outreach and service access

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital performance marketing, or a related role
• Experience in healthcare/SaaS marketing, preferably in behavioral health or telehealth
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing both B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and marketing automation platforms
