Growth Marketing Manager

Job Summary

To support the growth of the ElevenReader app, the full-time remote Growth Marketing Manager will own the strategy and execution of innovative acquisition campaigns, focusing on partnerships and integrated marketing to attract millions of new users.

Key responsibilities

• Building and scaling strategic consumer partnerships to drive user acquisition for ElevenReader
• Developing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels including paid media, email, and social
• Measuring campaign performance and continuously optimizing for business growth through analytics and performance metrics

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, partnerships, or integrated marketing at a high-growth technology or consumer company
• Exceptional instincts for growth marketing, with a balance of creative campaign development and performance analysis
• Experience in launching and scaling partnership marketing programs that drive measurable user acquisition
• Strong understanding of analytics related to attribution, incrementality, and return on ad spend (ROAS)
• Excellent copywriting skills with a focus on creating high-converting campaign messaging
