Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager for a full-time remote position, who will manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and drive growth in both B2C and B2B sectors within the behavioral health space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance and lead generation
• Execute marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and strengthen relationships with referral partners
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and support growth initiatives through strategic partnerships

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital performance marketing, or a related role
• Experience in healthcare/SaaS marketing, with a focus on behavioral health or telehealth preferred
• Demonstrated success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies and leading marketing teams
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
