Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to join a remote team in New York, this full-time position will manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and drive engagement for behavioral health services while overseeing other marketing team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance and lead generation
• Execute B2C marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and enhance brand awareness in the behavioral health sector
• Strengthen B2B relationships with referral partners through targeted marketing strategies and materials

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Demonstrated success in both B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
