Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, this full-time remote position will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and strengthen referral partnerships within the behavioral health sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn
• Execute marketing campaigns to engage prospective clients and strengthen relationships with referral partners
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and optimize audience targeting and conversion rates

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing
• Healthcare or SaaS experience, with a preference for behavioral health or telehealth marketing
• Proven success in developing and executing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
