Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to work remotely in NY, MA, or RI, this full-time position will manage marketing campaigns across digital platforms to enhance brand awareness, engage clients and referral partners, and support the growth of behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI
• Create and execute B2C and B2B marketing initiatives to drive inquiries, referrals, and admissions for behavioral health services
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, while supporting SEO and content marketing efforts

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Proven success in developing and executing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive marketing decisions
