Job Summary

Driving customer growth in the insurance sector, the full-time remote Sr. Growth Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance customer retention, product adoption, and upsell opportunities while collaborating with Sales and Customer Success teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies to increase customer retention and upsell across the insurance portfolio
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to accelerate renewals and cross-sell opportunities within strategic accounts
• Build and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, enhancing customer journeys and engagement

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or account-based marketing within B2B SaaS or technology companies
• Proven track record of driving customer retention, expansion, and revenue growth
• Strong understanding of account-based marketing strategies and customer lifecycle management
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence multiple teams
• Highly analytical with experience in translating data into actionable marketing strategies
