Growth Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, this full-time remote position will manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and drive client engagement for behavioral health services while overseeing the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to optimize audience targeting and lead generation
• Execute B2C marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and enhance brand trust in virtual behavioral healthcare services
• Strengthen B2B relationships with referral partners through targeted marketing materials and campaigns to increase referral volume

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Proven experience in developing and executing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Marketing team leadership experience with a focus on building referral networks
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and CRM systems
