Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, this full-time remote position will manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and drive growth in both B2C and B2B sectors within the behavioral health field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to optimize audience targeting and lead generation
• Execute marketing initiatives that engage prospective clients and strengthen relationships with referral partners
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and improve campaign performance while supporting SEO and content marketing efforts

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Demonstrated success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience building referral networks and managing marketing budgets
• Strong analytical skills with knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and CRM systems
