Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager for a full-time remote position, the successful candidate will manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and strengthen referral partnerships within the behavioral health sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to optimize performance and lead generation
• Create and execute marketing initiatives targeting prospective clients and referral partners to drive inquiries and admissions
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and improve strategies for both B2C and B2B marketing efforts

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Demonstrated success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
• Proven ability to manage marketing teams and lead referral network initiatives
