Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager for a full-time remote position in NY, MA, or RI, the role focuses on expanding awareness and access to behavioral health services through innovative marketing strategies, managing digital campaigns, and leading a marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI
• Create and execute B2C and B2B marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and strengthen referral partnerships
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in engagement and lead generation

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Proven success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing marketing teams and campaigns
