Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, this full-time remote position will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and client engagement for behavioral health services while overseeing the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance and ROI
• Execute B2C and B2B marketing initiatives to increase inquiries, referrals, and admissions for behavioral health services
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and improve strategies for client engagement and referral partnerships

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital performance marketing, or related roles
• Experience in healthcare or SaaS marketing, preferably in behavioral health or telehealth
• Proven success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
