Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager for a full-time remote position, responsible for expanding awareness and engagement for behavioral health services through B2C and B2B marketing efforts while managing the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI
• Execute marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and strengthen relationships with referral partners
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and support growth initiatives through targeted outreach and content creation

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Demonstrated success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
• Proven ability to manage marketing teams and lead growth initiatives
