Growth Marketing Manager

Job Summary

To expand awareness and engagement in behavioral health services, the full-time remote Growth Marketing Manager will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance B2C and B2B marketing strategies, and lead a marketing team to drive organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance and lead generation
• Execute marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and strengthen relationships with referral partners
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and improve strategies for increasing brand awareness and access to services

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Proven success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and CRM systems
• Demonstrated ability to manage marketing teams and lead organizational growth initiatives
