Growth Marketing Manager

Job Summary

To expand awareness and access to behavioral health services, the full-time remote Growth Marketing Manager will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, drive B2C and B2B marketing initiatives, and lead a marketing team to achieve organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance and lead generation
• Create and execute marketing strategies targeting prospective clients and referral partners to enhance brand awareness and trust
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and opportunities, supporting both B2C and B2B initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or telehealth
• Proven experience in developing and executing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing marketing teams and referral networks
