Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, this full-time remote position will manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and drive client engagement for behavioral health services across New York, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI
• Execute B2C and B2B marketing initiatives to increase inquiries, referrals, and admissions while strengthening referral partnerships
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and opportunities, supporting overall growth initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Proven success in developing and executing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
