Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, the full-time remote position will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and support organizational growth in the behavioral health sector across NY, MA, or RI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads and social media
• Drive growth in inquiries and referrals through targeted B2C and B2B marketing initiatives
• Analyze marketing data to optimize performance and identify trends for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing
• Experience in healthcare or SaaS industries, particularly in behavioral health or telehealth marketing
• Proven success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
